Surviving meant learning to live inside my body again. For years, I carried pain as part of everyday life, until I found freedom walking beside other women. This powerful system that turns women into objects never rests — that’s why I became an activist. I rebuilt my family and my will to live after escaping the sex trade. Returning to school and studying psychology helped me understand and heal a little more every day.
